UNITEE offers packages for every budget. Specifically all orders are custom estimated based on

Speaking of prices, Do you all have any upfront fees or require contracts?
There are no contracts, although the gyms that benefit the most from working with UNITEE typically run multiple orders throughout the year with us, covering the whole spectrum of what a gym would need. In this situation, there is a mutual understanding that we’re your primary custom apparel service partner. The more runs we do together, the more we will understand and be able to serve your unique needs and wants as an awesome fit community!

How Are You All Able To Turnaround Orders Much Faster Than The Industry Average?
How much is artwork and do I have to provide my own artwork or ideas
We get that if you’ve been running a gym for several years, you are likely tired of providing your local printer or DIYing artwork 4-6 times a year. Hence, artwork is included in every order we run. While your ideas are always welcome, we’re happy to provide the ideas and have a fully-staffed award-winning design team to put everything together.

Yes, while maintaining a full-service production facility inhouse is extremely capital intensive and expensive, this allows us to best control the quality and turnaround time which of course benefits you the gym owner!

Order Types?
UNITEE offers packages for every budget. Our most popular and efficient order types are:
1. Automated Preorders
(we’ll provide you a customized and personalized spreadsheet that dynamically calculates all of your quantities in order to reduce manual errors)
2. Bulk
3. Online web stores
If I run a preorder, can I just send in quantities on a paper napkin or via text?
We require all clients to fill our simple automated pre-order spreadsheet. Again this greatly reduces any manual collection errors that typically happen. If you turn in your order outside of this format, this may greatly reduce the production time to get your merch out to your members!
Are There Upfront Fees or Requirements For Online Web Stores
There are no upfront fees to run a web store but we do have some basic requirement criteria that is evaluated on a case-by-case per gym.
Unfortunately, we’ve learned the hard way of pushing owner’s towards “trying out” a web store because they may reduce the financial risk of not having unsold items, or remove the extra work off the gym owner of collecting sizes and payments. The factual reality is, 80% of gym web stores don’t reach minimum and in-reality most end up selling way less apparel than the other order types. This is less people wearing your gym’s name at the gym and out and about town. Not to mention a financial/time loss on both your gym and UNITEE as your apparel service partner. Thus, web stores are allowed only on a case-by-case basis. Main qualification criteria are two-fold…
(A. )There must be enough online traffic and activity towards your store to justify the cost, and
(B.) your members must be properly conditioned to order on the online web store. As mentioned, these criteria were set after hard data collected and direct experience from running thousands of gym stores over the course of several years.
If we sound the least bit defensive, it’s because some owners are insistent on running a store against our guidance to find out the hard way that another order type would have served them exponentially better.

UNITEE sent us so many great designs, How Many Designs Can I Run at a time?
To keep your order cost-effective, we highly recommend going with no more than 2 designs per run.
If you have more than 2 designs you really like then we’d advise saving those for your next run! Our policy on # of designs is based on 12 yrs of experience and has proven to by far be the most efficient route for most gyms we’ve served.
Can I send my own designs in or do I have to go with UNITEE's options?
Your ideas are always welcome! After all, we’re here to serve your gym’s apparel program.

How Many Garment Styles and Colors Can I Run With Per Order?
A.) Choose up to 3 styles per order. You can have up to 4 colors per style.
OR
B.) Go with up to 4 styles per order. You can include up to 3 colors per style.

90 minutes outside of New Orleans and just west of Houston
Most orders are a 2-3 day ground ship from our facility
Orders can also be overnighted for specific rush situations
