Overview
This design was printed with bold dimensional typography that practically jumps off the navy blue tee. The phrase "LIKE A BOSS" runs vertically down the center in massive letters with a cool 3D effect—hot pink faces with light pink shadows create serious depth and pop. Up top, "LIKE A" is set in simple white sans-serif, letting the stacked "BOSS" do all the talking below. The 3D lettering technique gives each letter a chunky, dimensional quality that feels modern and fun, like something straight out of a contemporary design magazine. The entire design is centered on a navy youth tee, which makes those pink tones really stand out without being too girly. It's playful and confident at the same time, perfectly capturing that "boss" energy young dancers love to embody.
Results
These shirts were created for Studio 84's "Like A Boss" recital and became instant favorites with the young dancers. The bold, empowering message combined with the eye-catching 3D design made kids excited to wear them both during the show and long after. Parents appreciated the modern design that felt age-appropriate but still cool, and the shirts ended up being worn way more than the typical recital tee that gets shoved in a drawer after the show weekend.
