We have been building this business since 2012. It started in a
dining room, moved into a garage, and eventually grew into a full
commercial production facility.
2012
The original setup: a screen-printing kit crammed into an
apartment kitchen.
Chapter 01
Starting With What We Had
There was no polished shop or large production team in the
beginning. There was a small printing kit, limited space, and
a willingness to figure things out one order at a time. Each
project taught us more about artwork, printing, deadlines,
customer service, and the details that can make or break an
apparel order.
Chapter 02
Built Through Experience
We have had wins, losses, difficult projects, and plenty of
mistakes along the way. We have printed tens of thousands of
shirts, learned what not to do, assembled a specialized team,
and built better systems around the problems customers face
most often. That experience now helps us make ongoing custom
apparel easier, clearer, and more dependable.
2020
UNITEE's commercial production facility, operating from this
location since 2020.
What the journey taught us
Better apparel does not come from equipment alone. It comes from
artists, production specialists, account managers, and problem
solvers working together to get every detail right.
Meet the People Behind the Work
Today, UNITEE is made up of artists, designers, technicians,
production specialists, software engineers, managers, and account
specialists working together to serve your organization.

Why Tshirts?
In 2012, I needed a creative outlet. I started a weekend hobby business selling to any crowd I could gain access to. Somehow this morphed into a business. Besides supporting my family and making sure our team is taken care of, the question I challenge is why does one have to win the lottery to handsomely support themselves as an artist. I hope UNITEE can grow large enough to provide an ecosystem for artists to make a GREAT living.

Background
Graphic designer through experience — started working on T-shirt graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, then expanded into other avenues.
Why Tshirts?
I used to draw from a young age, so graphic design was a natural path. A T-shirt design is not just a picture — it's a means of expressing a person's personality and emotions. I love working on them for that reason.
Dream Destination
New York City. I'd love to sit at a restaurant next to Central Park — a place where you can enjoy nature and the city environment together.
Nazmul Rimon
Production Artist Lead
Background
Several years designing apparel graphics for gym, fitness, and e-commerce brands — with a heavy focus on CrossFit, strength training, and bodybuilding communities.
Education & Training
BS in Computer Science, then went deep on graphic design through real client work. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, typography, and apparel graphics — learned by doing.
Why Tshirts?
A good T-shirt is more than artwork — it's something people wear to the gym, something that actually motivates them. That's what makes it worthwhile.
Favorite Lunch Spot
I try different local spots, but North End Coffee Roasters is hard to beat.
How We Work
Values Designed to Benefit Your Organization
Our values guide how we make decisions, solve problems, serve
customers, and improve the work behind every order.
S.O.L.I.D.
UNITEE is a solid choice for custom apparel because we make these
five priorities part of the way we work on your behalf.
S
Strategic Decisions First
We begin with the goal, audience, budget, garment, timeline, and
intended use before jumping into artwork or production.
O
Overdeliver on Your Behalf
We look for ways to make the process easier, catch problems
early, improve the final product, and deliver more value than
expected.
L
Learn From Every Win or Loss
Every project teaches us something. We study what worked, what
did not, and how to make the next order clearer, faster, and
stronger.
I
Improve Through Action
Progress comes from doing the work. We test ideas, improve our
systems, solve real problems, and measure results instead of
relying on talk alone.
D
Don’t Ever, Ever, Ever Quit
Difficult projects require patience and persistence. We stay
engaged, communicate clearly, and keep working toward the best
available solution.
More Than Words
A Business Built Around What We Believe
UNITEE is more than a way to pay the bills. It is a vehicle for
sharing what we believe in, creating useful work, and building
long-term relationships with organizations that value good
design, dependable production, and honest communication.
We invest our time in customers and team members who share that
vision. These values are not a slogan placed on a wall. They
influence the choices we make and the standard we expect from
ourselves.
Building better apparel through hands-on work and shared
standards.
Every order is supported by people responsible for getting the
details right.
