Overview

1DAY Strength & Conditioning needed a women’s crop that felt event ready while still matching the intensity of the Murph workout. UNITEE built the front around a large 1DAY wordmark, distressed black texture, and vertical Murph detail to create a strong first impression. The back carried the full workout list with a rough printed texture so the design felt raw, active, and tied to the challenge.

Results

The final crop gave the gym a high impact Murph shirt with strong contrast on a bright red garment. The black artwork kept the layout bold and readable, while the white distressed accent added energy without needing a heavy color count. The result is a sharp event piece built for training day, gym photos, and member wear beyond the workout.
