CrossFit Thump: Murph We Honor Eagle

Murph isn't a workout you sign up for because it looks fun on paper. CrossFit Thump's athletes show up every Memorial Day because someone gave everything, and the least they can do is give one hard hour. This shirt was made to mark that.

Overview

The back does the heavy lifting: a detailed eagle clutching a waving flag fills the right side of the design, with vertical "MURPH" text, a bold "25" year mark, and "we honor" printed alongside the full workout list. Red, white, and navy ink on a crisp white tee keeps it clean and classic without trying too hard. The front runs the gym name in a stencil style across the chest, grounded and direct. Standard front and back placement was the right call here — the illustration is big enough that it needed the full canvas.

Results

The goal was a Murph t-shirt that felt earned, not just handed out. The eagle graphic has enough detail to carry the shirt on its own, and the red, white, and navy palette keeps it relevant well past Memorial Day weekend. CrossFit Thump athletes leave with one of those gym shirts that actually gets worn again.
