Woodshed Strength & Conditioning: Murph American Eagle

Murph is one of the hardest things a gym can ask its members to do on a holiday. Woodshed asked anyway. This shirt was made for the people who said yes.

Overview

The back leads with bold varsity "USA" lettering in white outlined in red, with a wide-winged bald eagle beneath it, feathers filled in full flag colors. The gym name sits on a scroll banner at the bottom. All of it is printed on a black tee where the red, white, and ink read clean and sharp. The front carries a small lighthouse badge at the left chest, a quiet gym identity mark that keeps the front from competing with the back. Full back placement was the right call for a graphic this big.

Results

The goal was a Murph t-shirt that feels like it belongs in any American setting, not just a gym. The eagle graphic has enough classic weight that it reads as a good shirt first and a gym shirt second. Members finishing one of the hardest crossfit workouts of the year in this thing will feel exactly that.
