Blue Flag

Some gyms go dark and heavy for Murph. This one went the other direction and it works just as well. Not every tribute has to look like a war poster to mean something.

Overview

The front graphic layers a pencil sketch style soldier portrait over a washed out American flag in soft powder blue, with "Murph" in flowing script on the left and a bold "26" anchoring the lower right. The mix of script and a large numeral gives it a vintage athletic feel, closer to a letterman jacket patch than a typical murph shirt. Printed on a natural cream unisex tee, the light base makes the blue pop softly without competing with the delicate linework. The back keeps the gym wordmark small at the upper neck in matching blue, clean and tucked away.

Results

The cream and blue combination makes this one of the more distinct memorial day workout shirts in the lineup. It reads feminine without being fragile and respectful without being somber.
