CrossFit 30004: Murph OD Flag

Murph is a lot of things. Easy is not one of them. This military green tee was built to match that energy.

Overview

The back fills the entire panel with a vertically oriented distressed American flag, "MURPH" stacked bold along the stripe lines, and "24" anchored in dripping block letters at the base. Warm sand ink and a layered cool grey give the design two-toned depth without overcomplicating it. The front left chest keeps the gym logo in the same sand. Military green garment plus worn-in flag art is a natural fit — it reads like it was always supposed to look this way.

Results

These murph shirts are built to outlast May. The distressed flag treatment gives them a vintage feel right out of the bag, which means members are more likely to keep wearing them long after the workout is a memory. A crossfit shirt that earns its place in the regular rotation.
