CrossFit 3004: Red Stripe

The workout list belongs on the flag. Someone finally figured that out.

Overview

Printed in red and teal on a heather ice blue tee. The front runs "CROSSFIT / 3004" vertically down the left chest in distressed teal inside a ruled frame. The back places a full horizontal distressed American flag center panel with the Murph movements printed directly along the stripe lines in red — the workout and the flag becoming the same thing. "MURPH 23" anchors the bottom in large distressed red type. The ice blue garment keeps the red and teal from going too loud.

Results

Printing the workout inside the flag stripes rather than beside them is a small decision that changes the whole shirt. It makes the connection between the workout and what it represents impossible to miss. These are the murph tshirts people hold onto because the design actually means something rather than just looking patriotic.
