Overview

We printed a five line stack on the center chest of a fall tee. The white lettering reads "ICU" then "NURSE" then "Save one life, you're a hero." then "Save 100 lives." then "you're a nurse." with "NURSE" sized largest. The message makes it clear that doing the job every day is bigger than any single save.

Results

The final shirt reminds nurses that the daily work is the real win. Members see the message and feel seen. It is honest, proud, and built for the job.
