CrossFit54: Phoenix Rise Cap

A black gym hat with red embroidery gives CrossFit54 a clean piece of merch that members can wear inside the gym, outside the gym, and everywhere in between.

Overview

The design used arched CrossFit54 lettering above a sharp phoenix mark to create a simple front panel layout with strong visual balance. The red thread was stitched on a black flex fit cap, giving the piece a bold look while keeping the artwork clean and easy to read.

Results

The final cap gave CrossFit54 a polished custom hat with a premium gym feel. The one color embroidery kept the design crisp, the black cap made it easy to wear daily, and the phoenix mark added just enough edge without making the front feel crowded.
