Adamas CF: Murph Iron Cross

Murph asks something of everyone who shows up. Adamas CrossFit made sure their gym shirts would show that.

Overview

White ink on a black short sleeve. The front keeps it clean with a collegiate arch wordmark above the gym's kettlebell and crossed barbell logo. The back does the heavy lifting — "MURPH" runs vertically in bold block letters, and the workout movements fill each letter like a word cloud, forming a cross shape. A small American flag sits above it. "2023" anchors the bottom. Standard front and back placements, but the back design earns every inch of its real estate.

Results

The cross layout gives this Murph shirt a meaning that goes beyond the gym. Members who wore it to Murph have something worth keeping.
