CF Acadiana: Murph Gold Standard

Murph is one of those workouts that puts everything in perspective. This gym showed up, did the work, and wore something worth keeping.

Overview

Printed in black and gold on a military olive tee, the front uses bold horizontal stripes as a flag stand-in, with a crossed arrows icon at the center and "MURPH 22" in heavy type at the bottom. Gold lands on the "CF" prefix and the year mark, giving the whole thing an earned, medals-adjacent feel. The back keeps it tight with a monogram lockup of the gym initials and the crossed arrows worked right into the letterforms. The olive garment does the heavy lifting on tone without needing to say "military" out loud.

Results

These murph shirts were built to outlast the workout. The crossed arrows and stripe layout give it enough visual weight to work as a real keepsake rather than just another crossfit shirt. Members who did the work have something tangible to show for it, and it travels well past Memorial Day too.
