Overview

The back runs a large American flag graphic where the stripes carry the full Murph rep scheme: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run. Everything is printed in white on a heather red tee, keeping the palette tight and patriotic. Front chest and full back placements together give the shirt range — gym-ready on the front, statement piece on the back.

Results

The goal was a Murph shirt that felt like it belonged on Memorial Day and nowhere else. The flag on the back turns the rep count into something worth reading twice. It's the kind of custom gym shirt that sticks around long after the workout is done.
