CrossFit 171: Never Out of Fight

No flag. No portrait. Just a promise printed on a shirt.

Overview

Single black ink on a heather natural sand tee. The front runs "CF 171 / MURPH / 2020" between double rules with three stars — clean and direct. The back fills the panel with a typographic quote in bold mixed-size black type: "I Will Never Quit. If I Get Knocked Down I Will Get Back Up. I Am Never Out of Fight." Kettlebell icons and horizontal rules break up the text. The sand garment keeps the black ink warm rather than harsh.

Results

Putting words on the back instead of imagery was the right call for this one. The quote hits differently mid workout than any flag graphic would. These murph shirts are the kind people wear specifically because of what the back says, not just because they did the workout. That is a harder thing to pull off than it looks.
