CrossFit Collierville: Murph Punisher Standard

Murph is 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and two miles of running — all in honor of a Navy SEAL who gave everything. CrossFit Collierville wanted a shirt that felt like it understood that.

Overview

Printed in bright white on a steel blue tee, the front graphic stacks a Punisher skull alongside an American flag and the full Murph workout rep count listed vertically in bold condensed type. "THE MURPH CHALLENGE" sits beneath it in wide block lettering with "Memorial Day" in a script tag below. The steel blue garment gives the white ink real contrast without going dark or heavy. Centered front chest placement keeps the design bold and direct.

Results

The Punisher skull has become a symbol of military and first responder culture, so pairing it with the workout reps makes these murph shirts feel like they belong in that conversation.
