CrossFit NSB: Murph Distressed Flag

Murph is already one of the hardest things a gym does all year. CrossFit N.S.B. wanted a shirt that felt like it.

Overview

The back is where everything lands: a heavily distressed American flag fills the print area with bold "MURPH" set right over it and a large outlined "25" underneath. The paint-splatter, worn-out treatment gives it a raw feel that suits the workout. Front carries the gym logo on the left chest, clean and simple. Full back plus left chest is a classic two-location setup that lets the graphic breathe without overdoing it.

Results

The goal was a Murph shirt that felt like it was earned. The distressed flag graphic gives it enough visual weight to stand apart from standard gym shirts and crossfit shirts that get tossed after a season. Members who put in the work on Memorial Day have something on their back that actually looks like they did.
