We printed a ten line stack on the center chest of a dark tee. The white lettering starts with "COACH" then "CROSSFIT SOCHAC" then seven values: BE RELENTLESS, BUILD CHARACTER, INSPIRE & EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE GREATNESS, HOLD THE STANDARD, CHASE EXCELLENCE, RISE ABOVE. We kept every line because coaches need reminders that fit on their chest.

Results

The final shirt turns a coach tee into a mission statement. Members see the values and know what this gym believes. Coaches wear the whole code every single shift. It is long, honest, and built for the box.
