Desert Sun Lift Co. went sand and olive for Murph and the whole shirt looks like it belongs in the field.

Overview

Printed on a tan unisex tee, the front carries the Desert Sun Lift Co. circular sun-and-barbell logo at the left chest in olive green — detailed, tonal, and just visible enough against the sand-colored shirt. The back is the main event: "MURPH" runs large across the top in bold distressed olive lettering, with a worn flag graphic centered beneath it and "2026" in massive numerals anchoring the lower right. The workout movements — 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run — list out in small olive type along the lower stripe section of the flag. Everything stays in a tight tan and olive palette with no red or blue anywhere.

Results

The tan and olive combination is one of the most military-accurate color pairings in the Murph shirt portfolio and it works because it feels authentic rather than decorative. Putting the full workout on the back alongside the year gives this gym shirt a documentary quality that people hold onto. The front is subtle enough to wear anywhere, while the back earns a second look every time.
