Kulshan CrossFit: murph Gold Shield

Every Memorial Day, Kulshan CrossFit straps on a vest and gets to work. The shirt doesn't make the workout harder. It just makes sure nobody forgets why they showed up.

Overview

The front carries a bold shield crest printed in cream and gold on a military green tee — five stars, a banner, "MURPH 25," and stacked chevrons pulled from military insignia and classic athletic badge design. It reads earned, not bought. The back runs "KULSHAN CROSSFIT" vertically down the spine in the same two-color palette, a placement that's clean, strong, and a little more interesting than the standard back print.

Results

The military green and gold combination does a lot of the heavy lifting here. These murph shirts are built to feel like a commemorative piece rather than a standard gym shirt, and the shield graphic gives them enough visual weight to hold up to that. The kind of crossfit shirt that ends up folded at the top of the drawer instead of in the donation pile.
