Reno Power House Fitness: Murph We Honor
Murph is one of the hardest workouts people do all year, and most gyms do it on purpose. Reno Power House Fitness made sure their members had something worth wearing when it was over.
Overview
The back runs a collage of archival style photo panels beside a full figure in military gear, with "MURPH" in heavy red type at the top, "WE HONOR" stacked vertically in bold red along the right side, and a small flag graphic in the corner. All of it is printed in navy and red on a natural cream tee. The front keeps it clean with the gym's gorilla logo and script wordmark in matching navy. The cream garment gives the red and blue ink a worn in quality that makes this feel less like a promotional shirt and more like something worth saving.
Results
The goal was a Murph shirt that holds up past Memorial Day. The photo collage layout and muted garment color give it a keepsake quality that most gym shirts never reach. People who grind through 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and two miles deserve something that looks like they earned it.
