Stars and Stripes Fill
Storm Ridge Fitness put the flag inside the letters and let it show through worn and weathered, exactly the way it should look on a day like this.
Overview
Printed on a navy unisex tee, the front graphic fills "MURPH" in large block letters with a distressed American flag treatment — red and white stripes running diagonally through each letter with white stars scattered throughout, all aged with a cracked, sun-worn texture. Below the word, "2025" gets the same flag fill treatment inside a thin outlined box with short dashes flanking each side. The distressing is consistent across both type elements, keeping the two-line composition unified. On the back, the Storm Ridge Fitness storm cloud and lightning bolt logo prints in bright royal blue at the upper neckline — the only clean, undistressed ink on the whole shirt — with the gym name stacked below.
Results
Flag fill lettering on navy is one of the more traditional directions for Murph gym shirts and this version earns its place by committing fully to the worn-in texture rather than using a clean, glossy flag print. The distressed treatment makes the whole shirt feel like it has already been through something. The royal blue back logo against navy is a subtle tonal choice that keeps the branding present without competing with the front. These Murph tshirts are built for gyms that want something that looks like a classic without feeling generic.
