Storm Ridge Fitness: Together We Honor Edition

Storm Ridge Fitness does Murph because honoring the fallen is something you do together. They put that right on the back of the shirt.

Overview

Printed on a bright yellow tee, the back is built around a large detailed line-art soldier illustration in full kit, centered and commanding. "MURPH" runs bold at the top with "25" beside it, the full WOD lists down the left, and bracket corners frame the composition top and bottom. "TOGETHER" runs vertically along the left edge and "WE HONOR" anchors the base with four stars. The front left chest carries the Storm Ridge Fitness storm cloud lightning badge and wordmark in matching black, clean and compact. The bright yellow garment is the move that makes everything else possible. It gives the single-color black illustration maximum contrast and maximum presence, and it positions these murph tshirts as something a group wears together on purpose. Yellow reads as energy and urgency, which is the right register for a workout done in someone's memory. The bracket framing device and "Together We Honor" copy turn a tribute shirt into a community statement.

Results

A yellow Murph shirt stands apart from every navy, black, and sand entry in the crossfit shirts category, which means Storm Ridge members are easy to spot and easy to identify as a unit. The "Together We Honor" copy gives the design an explicit community dimension that most Murph shirts leave implicit. Storm Ridge Fitness ended up with a gym shirt that says who they are and what they stand for without needing any explanation.
