Third Coast CrossFit: Murph Banner Standard

Murph doesn't need a lot of decoration. It already means something. Third Coast CrossFit kept that in mind and let the design say just enough.

Overview

The front stacks five gold stars over a bold "TCCF" abbreviation, then drops a black banner with "MURPH 22" in gold lettering. Below that, five vertical ribbon banners each carry one movement from the workout in rotated type. It turns the workout itself into the visual. The back stays minimal with the gym's circular logo in black at the upper center. Everything is printed in gold and black on a military green tee — a palette that earns its place without trying too hard.

Results

The banner layout is smart because the workout movements become part of the art. These gym shirts are built to actually get worn after Memorial Day weekend. The green and gold colorway keeps them feeling like a real commemorative piece rather than just another crossfit shirt.
