Third Coast CrossFit: Murph Stars & Stripes

Murph is 300 reps and two miles of running. Nobody needs a shirt to care about that. But when a gym shows up wearing the same thing, it means something.

Overview

The back does the heavy lifting: a full American flag in distressed red and white strokes anchors the design, with "MURPH 22" in bold white type at the top. The workout movements are printed vertically along the flag stripes, rotated 90 degrees — a small detail that rewards a second look. All of it lands on a heather royal blue tee, which gives the red and white plenty of room to breathe. The gym logo stays quiet on the front left chest in white.

Results

The goal was a Murph shirt that holds up past Memorial Day. The flag graphic is strong enough to stand on its own, and the workout list woven into the stripes gives it a layer of meaning that most gym shirts skip. This one works at a cookout just as well as it does in the box.
