There's no shortage of Hurricane pride in the Upper Florida Keys. Coral Shores High School has built an impressive weightlifting tradition, producing district champions, state medalists, and individual Florida state champions.

In 2026, senior Vanessa Gabriel brought home two state titles, winning gold in both traditional and Olympic lifting. It's a remarkable achievement for a school representing a small island community.

Through its athletics and strength-training programs, Coral Shores gives young athletes opportunities to compete, improve, and represent their community well beyond the Florida Keys.

We used bold CANES FIT type with green, gold, red and black shirt options, pairing small front marks with kettlebell hurricane back graphics for a unified school fitness look.
