Blue Wash

Firebolt Strength chose a sky blue tee and let the flag dissolve right into it.

Overview

Printed on a light blue unisex tee, the front carries the Firebolt Strength lightning bolt emblem and gym name at the left chest in tonal dark blue — close in value to the shirt, intentionally low contrast and clean. The back is where the design opens up: a vertical brushstroke flag in red, white, and dark blue runs down the upper center of the back, stripes painted loosely from top to bottom. "MURPH" sits in bold dark blue across the middle of the flag, and "2026" in red flanks the flag stripes below it, split on either side. The light blue shirt makes the red pop harder than it would on any neutral base, and the dark blue type reads quietly against the field.

Results

Using a light blue shirt for Murph tshirts is a less common call and it pays off here because the color becomes part of the design. The flag stripes running vertically give the back graphic a looser, more painterly feel compared to traditional horizontal flag layouts. The tonal front logo keeps the shirt clean and wearable every day while the back announces the occasion. Red against sky blue is a combination that earns a second look.
