Torn and Earned
Strike Athletics went collegiate on top and full color in the middle. It works better than it has any right to.
Overview
Printed on a black racerback performance tank, "MURPH" arches across the top in large outlined cream collegiate lettering — the kind of type you'd see on a varsity jersey. Below it, a full-color torn flag graphic sits center chest, red, white, and blue shredded and mid-motion with real visual energy. Two small stars flank the flag on either side, and "2026" runs in matching outlined collegiate numerals beneath it, completing the layout. The Strike Athletics scorpion-and-kettlebell logo prints in cream at the upper back neckline, small but detailed against the black tank.
Results
The collegiate arch treatment on a Murph shirt is an unexpected choice and it pays off. It gives the design a timeless athletic quality that sits comfortably alongside the flag graphic without competing. The torn flag centered between the type keeps the energy focused right in the middle of the chest where it belongs. These Murph tshirts feel like something a gym earns the right to order, not just something they print every year.
