Centerville CrossFit: Murph Soldier Portrait

Every gym does Murph. Not every gym does it like they mean it. This one does.

Overview

Printed in a single sand ink on a military green tee, the design leans into the tribute from both sides. The front keeps it clean with a bold distressed type lockup — gym name large, location tucked underneath. The back is where the weight lands: a detailed illustrated portrait of a soldier in full gear, "MURPH" running vertically along the left, "24" large to the right, and five stars anchoring the lower half. The olive shirt and cream ink feel earned together — nothing decorative about it.

Results

The illustrated portrait moves this well past standard crossfit shirts or gym shirts. It puts a face to the name and makes the whole thing feel commemorative. Members who grab one will still have it five years from now, which is exactly the point.
