CF Pompano Beach: Murph Skull & Barbell

Every Memorial Day, CrossFit Pompano Beach shows up to do Murph. This shirt is what that looks like.

Overview

Printed in white and black on a heather red tee, the front centers a punk-style skull graphic flanked by two stars with the gym name arched above and below it. The back runs "MURPH 25" vertically down the left side alongside hexagon badges showing the full workout breakdown. That vertical back placement gives the shirt a jersey-like feel that stands apart from a standard gym shirt.

Results

The skull with sunglasses brings some personality without losing the weight of the day. Members can wear this one well past Memorial Day without it feeling out of place. The workout breakdown on the back is a nice touch for anyone who wants to remember exactly what they did or show someone who has no idea what Murph actually is.
