CrossFit 171: Lest We Forget (Maroon)

Same design. Quieter garment. Completely different feel.

Overview

Single white ink on a heather maroon tee. The front runs "MURPH / CF 171" in a clean outlined box at center chest. The back carries the same soldier procession and Kipling Recessional layout as the teal tank — diagonal silhouettes over distressed flag stripes, poem text alongside. White on maroon pulls everything toward something more solemn than the teal version. The garment change does most of the work.

Results

Offering the same back graphic on two different garments lets people choose their version of the same tribute. The maroon reads closer to mourning than celebration and that is not a bad thing for a Memorial Day shirt. These murph tshirts hold their weight long after the workout is over.
