CrossFit Lafayette: Murph The Sentinel

Murph isn't a workout you prep for with a playlist. It's a workout you show up to because someone gave everything so you could. This shirt was built to stand alongside that moment.

Overview

The back does the heavy lifting: a soldier silhouette stands at the edge of a distressed American flag, the full Murph workout stacked in clean type through the middle, and a bold block-letter MURPH anchoring the bottom. All of it printed in military green on a sand natural tee — an earthy pairing that reads less like a gym shirt and more like field gear. The front keeps it simple with a left chest logo. The dark olive ink against the neutral base is quiet on purpose.

Results

The goal was a Murph t-shirt that doesn't get donated in August. The sand and military green colorway makes it easy to wear long after Memorial Day is over. Members can put on this crossfit shirt at a cookout or a ballgame and it still carries the same weight it did during the workout.
