CrossFit Lions Den: Murph Lion's Barbell

Every gym has a mascot. Not every gym earns it on Memorial Day.

Overview

Printed in red and blue on a white tee. The front is clean — a bold star, the "MURPH" wordmark with the year stacked underneath, and the gym name in a loose script below. The back opens up with a lion gripping a loaded barbell, the gym name centered beneath it, and the full Murph workout listed in a distressed red block. White was the right garment call — it lets the two-color ink pop without competing with itself.

Results

This shirt gives members something to look at while they're grinding through 300 squats. The Murph WOD on the back turns it into a record of what they actually did that day. It's a crossfit shirt and a keepsake at the same time, and that lion isn't going anywhere.
