Inner Loop: Murph Blackout Standard

Some gyms go loud with their Murph shirt. Inner Loop went the other direction and it works just as hard.

Overview

Printed entirely in grey ink on a black tee, the design leans on contrast created by texture rather than color. The front layers a distressed American flag behind the gym name and branded circle badge, using a worn ink treatment that gives the whole thing a weathered feel. The back keeps it direct: MURPH in a bold condensed block, three stars, and a forward slash date marker. Tone on tone from front to back. Standard chest and full back placement, executed with restraint.

Results

The all grey on black palette means these murph shirts wear well outside the gym without announcing themselves. The distressed flag texture does the storytelling so the type does not have to. Gym shirts that look this intentional tend to stay in rotation long past Memorial Day.
