Lyonheart Fitness: Murph Camo Standard

Some gyms do Murph. Some gyms make it their identity. Lyonheart Fitness did both, and put it on a shirt.

Overview

Printed on a black tee, the front runs "MURPH" in bold block letters filled with a military camo pattern, with "2024" set below and an American flag icon tucked between the digits. The back keeps it tight with the gym's lion badge logo centered in a square frame at left chest. Military green ink on black is a classic combination for a reason and the camo fill gives the type treatment enough texture to stand on its own without overcomplicating things.

Results

The goal was a Murph shirt that felt like it belonged in a gear bag, not just a gym drawer. The camo type gives it a tactical edge without going overboard, and the lion badge on the back makes it wearable long after Memorial Day. These custom gym shirts tend to stick around because they look like something worth keeping.
