Lyonheart Fitness: Murph Soldier Standard

Every gym that does Murph is really doing the same thing — showing up for someone who can't anymore. Lyonheart Fitness made sure their members had something worth wearing on the way out the door.

Overview

The back carries the design: a detailed soldier portrait centered over a distressed American flag, printed in red and navy on a white tee. "MURPH" runs bold across the top and "2024" stacks vertically down the right side. The front stays minimal with just the lion logo and wordmark in red. That contrast between a clean front and a loaded back is what makes these gym shirts stand out on and off the floor.

Results

The goal was a Murph shirt people would actually hold onto. The soldier illustration gives it an emotional anchor that goes beyond a standard crossfit shirt. The red, white, and navy palette travels well too — cookouts, ballgames, anywhere Memorial Day still means what it's supposed to mean.
