Mako Strength: Murph 2025 Steel Blue Edition

Mako Strength: Steel Blue Edition

Mako Strength does Murph because the tribute is real and the people doing the workout know it. These gym shirts were built to carry that weight and look good doing it.

Overview

Printed on a steel blue tee, the back runs a full vintage poster layout featuring "MURPH" in large distressed teal collegiate type at the top with "25" in rust red below it. A detailed eagle illustration in the same teal dominates the center with a stars and stripes shield on its chest, surrounded by "Born Free," "God Bless America," and "We Honor the Fallen" in layered type. The full Murph WOD runs vertically along the right edge: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run. The teal and rust red two-color combination on steel blue is what makes this design different from the sand version of the same layout. The cooler palette gives it a completely different feel, more coastal, more unexpected, and the rust red accents on the "25" and banner elements add warmth without pulling the whole shirt toward traditional Americana. The front left chest carries the Mako Strength shark badge logo in teal, tone on tone. These murph tshirts are built around a gym identity that does not look like every other CrossFit shirt in the room.

Results

The teal on steel blue palette makes this one of the most visually cohesive crossfit shirts in the entire Murph portfolio. It is detailed enough to reward close attention and clean enough to wear anywhere. Mako Strength ended up with a Murph shirt that reflects their brand without sacrificing any of the gravity the day deserves.
