Timberwolf CrossFit: Murph Flag Run

Every rep in Murph is a reminder that someone paid the ultimate price so we could choose to be here. Timberwolf CrossFit marks that with a shirt that says exactly what it needs to say.

Overview

The back graphic centers on a distressed American flag with the full Murph workout listed directly across the stripes and "MURPH 25" set in bold block type over the canton. Printed in red and navy on a light blue heather tee, the ink pops without the shirt feeling heavy. The light blue garment was the right call — it lets the flag breathe. The Timberwolf logo holds the front left chest, clean and uncluttered.

Results
