CF Murray: Murph Combat Block
Murph is 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and two miles of running in memory of a man who gave everything. CF Murray made sure their gym shirts for Murph looked like they understood that.
Overview
The back print is built around a brushstroke panel in charcoal grey that gives the whole design a raw, textured base. On top of it, "MURPH" sits in large white block letters with the workout breakdown and year mark printed in orange and grey around it. The contrast is sharp and intentional. On the front, the gym's shield logo is printed small on the left chest in a tonal grey that keeps it subtle. The olive green tee was the right call here — it reads military without being heavy handed, and the ink colors pop cleanly against it.
Results
These murph tshirts were built to feel like a record of something real. The brushstroke treatment keeps the design from looking too clean or corporate, which is exactly right for a workout this serious. Crossfit shirts like this one tend to stick around long after the soreness is gone.
