CF Murray: Murph Shield Standard

Murray, Kentucky shows up for Murph every year. This shirt was made to look like it belongs to a gym that takes that seriously.

Overview

The front centers a bold shield crest with the CFM monogram in orange and white, an "EST. 2011" ribbon, and flanking stars — all printed on a royal blue tee. The back uses the full Murph workout as layout, with each movement broken into dashed callout blocks surrounding a large painted orange MURPH wordmark. Orange and white on royal blue is a tight three-color palette that stays clean without going flat. Front is a standard center chest hit; the back turns the rep scheme into the design itself.

Results

The shield crest gives these Murph shirts a gym identity that actually looks like it belongs on a jersey. Making the workout reps part of the back graphic keeps it meaningful without being decorative. These are the kind of crossfit shirts people hold onto because they remember exactly what it felt like to wear them that day.
