Training Pit Fitness: Check Yourself

Breast cancer doesn't care how strong you are. Training Pit Fitness made sure their community showed up in a shirt that says the quiet part out loud.

Overview

Printed in white and hot pink on a charcoal heather tee, the design leads with two open handprints flanking a vertical "Check Yourself" in bold pink type — direct, a little edgy, impossible to miss. The gym's bulldog mascot anchors the chest below, pink ribbon worked into the logo to tie it all together. Charcoal was the right call here: it lets the pink pop without competing. Standard front chest placement keeps it clean and wearable well beyond the awareness season.

Results

This shirt is built to start conversations. The handprint graphic does the heavy lifting — it's visual and visceral in a way that a ribbon alone never is. Members wear this one because it actually says something, and that's the whole point.
